Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to execute merchandising standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead, handling displays, resets, and product education.

The role requires physical ability, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits and a competitive pay rate are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain aesthetics and compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
