Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will work under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily contact to the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store personnel, educating customers on brands, coordinating merchandising tasks and displays, and maintaining accuracy to exceed client expectations. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver's license; automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Access to computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of projects to maintain account aesthetics and ensure quality.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
