Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to help maximize inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and ensure displays and signage are up to date.

The role includes flexible scheduling, adherence to alcohol laws, and participation in training across wine, spirits, and beer. This is a regular team member position focused on in-store merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service: greet customers and inform about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Load/deliver orders safely and support pickup/delivery as needed.
