Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Support store scheduling to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on insights.
• Lead by example to achieve APG metrics and guest engagement goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and development to associates.
