Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead a store’s operations, sales, and team development. You will oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel processes, pricing changes, and markdowns while driving top-line growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office, Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle pressure, make good judgments in ambiguous situations, and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Assist with scheduling using company tools to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review and react to financial and operational reports and store audits.
• Lead by example in delivering guest experiences and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
