Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control.
• Use store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and productivity, and communicate needs to GM.
• Review and act on financial and operational reporting, audits, and trends.
• Lead guest engagement and product demonstrations to drive sales and service.
