Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive top-line sales, and oversee critical tasks such as shipment, replenishment, omnichannel activities, price changes, and markdowns.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and supervises Task Associates. The position requires a passion for operational excellence, a proven ability to manage payroll budgets, and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Experience with inventory control and merchandising directives.
• Leadership experience in developing talent and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Manage store scheduling, payroll budgets, and omni-channel tasks.
