Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead a store team through the brand's mission and values, driving top-line sales, inventory results, and operational excellence. You will supervise a team, manage shipments, replenishments, omni-channel duties, price changes, and markdowns while modeling leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management experience: payroll budgets and expense control.
• Leadership experience: developing and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for sales and operations.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Optimize schedules within payroll budgets and coordinate with the GM.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead training, development, and performance coaching for associates.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
