Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, optimize sales, and drive guest service excellence. This role reports to the Operations Manager and guides a team of Task Associates while overseeing shipment, replenishment, omni-channel activity, price changes and markdowns.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Ability to drive top-line sales and manage payroll budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule and manage workload to maximize productivity across omni-channel, replenishment, markdowns and pricing.
• Lead and coach a diverse team to deliver guest service and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
