Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive top-line sales, and oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel, price changes and markdowns under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

You will develop a high-performing team, manage scheduling and payroll budgets, ensure policy compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through training and coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Utilize forecasts and budgets to optimize scheduling and workload.
• Review financial and operational reports to guide decisions.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to guests to boost sales.
