Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to plan scheduling and staffing within payroll limits.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead and coach a diverse team to achieve APGs and sales goals.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost guest experience.
