• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Schedule effectively using payroll budgets to maximize productivity during shifts.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights from store visits and audits.
• Provide makeup applications and demonstrations to educate guests and increase sales.
• Model and enforce Ulta Beauty policies, SOPs, and standards.
