You will lead daily tasks, supervise team members, uphold SOPs, manage inventory integrity, and ensure timely in-stock replenishment and accurate pricing across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing store operations and merchandising.
• Strong emphasis on SOPs, pricing accuracy, and promotions execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining SOPs and company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold store standards.
• Lead truck unloading, sorting, and floor replenishment.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization, planogram execution, and visual standards.
• Manage inventory integrity, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members in assigned departments.
