Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager for our Miami-area store to lead merchandising execution and daily operations. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets to maintain a customer-ready environment.

You will coach and develop team members, ensure pricing and promotions are accurate, and partner with store leadership to optimize staffing and execution in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and store results.
• Oversee truck processing, stocking, and inventory routines.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing integrity and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards.
• Train, coach and develop store team members.
