Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Strong workload planning and staffing alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and uphold service standards and store conditions.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines and stock accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and damages procedures.
• Train and coach team members and ensure asset protection practices.
