• Oversee truck processing, stock flow to sales floor.
• Plan workloads and align staffing with business needs.
• Oversee in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute planogram (POG) and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and shrink reduction.
• Lead ad sets, price changes, and Ship from Store processes.
• Train and develop team members; support asset protection.
