You will lead SOP compliance, ensure visual standards, manage in-stock levels, execution of ad sets and Ship from Store, and coach team members to deliver strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock optimization, replenishment, and planogram adherence.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory integrity and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets and timely price changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Support shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
