You will lead truck processing, planogram sets, and visual standards while coordinating staffing and daily tasks with store leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining SOP compliance, managing inbound/outbound flow, and ensuring a customer-ready store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience in merchandising and inventory control.
• Ability to lead, train and develop store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP compliance and company programs to ensure store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck unloading, merchandising flow and backroom organization.
• Plan workload and staffing with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and promotional signage across the floor.
• Coordinate ship-from-store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Drive shrink reduction through asset protection and controls.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding.
