Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across the store. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.

You will provide leadership as MOD, oversee stock movement, and support a customer-ready environment. The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and SOPs.
• Experience with merchandise flow, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
