Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a merchandise protection role in Massachusetts. You’ll deliver excellent member service, monitor entrance/exit activity, and uphold club standards while following safety and loss-prevention procedures.

The position requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work with a handheld device. Team members are expected to maintain a friendly, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service and greet members promptly.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when needed.
• Enforce merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Inspect bags and ensure club policies are followed.
• Assist with daily operations to maintain a safe, clean environment.
