Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• At least 18 years of age, with state variations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service in a prompt, friendly manner and resolves concerns.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audits checkout and service areas according to procedures.
• Inspects bags and belongings as members leave the building to ensure safety.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is required.
