Job summary

Skai is hiring an Expert Services Manager to lead enterprise retail media accounts with a tactical and strategic lens. You will manage strategy, optimization, and client satisfaction across networks like Amazon and Walmart, while mentoring colleagues and shaping product direction.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, translate objectives into plans, and present compelling analyses and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands and Display.
• Experience with Walmart Connect and 1P/3P distinctions.
• Ability to translate client goals into strategy and narratives.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from analysts to executives.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and tactics, as well as performance and outcomes of an assigned book of retail media accounts.
• Plan, build and optimise campaigns hands-on across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and other retail media networks, including day-to-day management as the account requires it.
• Investigate performance issues and opportunities, and bring recommendations clients act on.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on media planning, budget allocation across networks, and retail media best practice.
• Co-lead QBRs and strategic reviews with your direct manager.
• Build custom analyses, reports and automations where the standard tools and templates fall short.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to team playbooks and process.
• Partner with product development, sales, technical account management and sales engineers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity.
