Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field, or commensurate experience.
• Minimum ten years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail banking environment.
• Minimum seven years retail branch management experience across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of growing consumer relationships.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience coaching teams.
• Experience with lending and strong credit knowledge.
• Ability to coach teams to create customer-focused solutions.
• Influential communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of bank products and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to hold team to high performance standards.
• Ability to lead change initiatives.
• Sales strategy and process development experience.
• Proficiency with PC software (MS Office) and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity and engagement.
• Provide direction to branch management to achieve goals and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct branch visits to ensure policy adherence and product/service rollout.
• Monitor, measure and manage sales and business development programs.
• Enhance operational efficiencies by examining workflows and proposing solutions.
• Build partnerships across the enterprise to remove roadblocks for success.
• Ensure comprehensive policies and controls for consumer banking compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk to maintain prudent lending and acceptable risk.
• Engage branch leadership and lenders in community organizations for sourcing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
