Job summary

Trustmark seeks a Branch Manager to lead overall branch operations, personnel and growth. You will drive sales, service excellence and lending activities while controlling risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, customer-focused mindset, and ability to mentor staff in a retail banking environment. On-site leadership and community presence are valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience or proven banking background.
• Strong sales and people leadership capabilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth through sales, referrals, deposits and loans while managing risk and profitability.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings to support business development.
• Process loan applications, interview and resolve exceptions, manage portfolio and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee branch marketing, training, scheduling, audits and performance reviews.
• Mentor, train and manage branch personnel and support team development.
• Participate in community activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
