Responsibilities

• Lead retail branch performance across the Bank's footprint to achieve sales, service, and financial objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Regional Managers and teams.
• Foster a culture focused on sales growth, customer experience, compliance, and risk management.
• Develop and execute retail business plans supporting deposit growth and market development.
• Set performance expectations and monitor KPIs across the retail network.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive branch campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Lead readiness and execution for strategic product launches and system enhancements.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience across branches.
