Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in and manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain communication with Store Manager about inventory and trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote merchandise.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the company.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures per manuals.
