Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with store operations and administration.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Supervise in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure store responsibilities are met.
• Maintain inventory awareness, sales statistics, and expense tracking to support profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and support promotions and services.
• Uphold company policies and procedures across all manuals and memos.
