Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls and reporting fraud risk.
