R301US Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to support store operations, merchandising, and customer service excellence. You will learn to drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure policies are followed while promoting merchandise.

The role emphasizes leadership development, inventory awareness, and building a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals.

Responsabilités

Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and admin duties.
Guide staff to achieve selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling goals.
Act as store manager in their absence and maintain store standards.
Provide knowledge and guidance across departments to customers and employees.
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
Lead staff and communicate inventory movement and trends to management.
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote services and merchandise.
