Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role. You will complete a training program under supervision of the Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations, ensuring a courteous environment for customers and staff.

On-the-job training will prepare you to transition into a Store Manager role. The position offers benefits including a 90 Day performance increase, referral bonus, health insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infraction-free Driver's License and authorization to work in the United States.
