Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and structured training. The MIT will complete a program under the Store Manager and learn to manage daily store operations while maintaining a courteous environment for customers and staff.

The position emphasizes leadership development, coaching, and progression toward a Store Manager role, with on-the-job training and clear advancement paths within United Pacific.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as supervisor/lead/assistant manager in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds (i.e., utilizing a hand-truck).
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials, and/or place or remove signage.

Responsibilities

• Complete MIT training under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily operations of store.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
