Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our team in California. This full-time role includes on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager, with a pathway to Store Manager.

Candidates should have 5+ years supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or fast food, be at least 21, and possess a valid driver’s license. Benefits include a 90-day performance-based increase, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, lead or assistant manager in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, infraction-free driver's license.
• Clear English communication (spoken and written).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Occasional ladder use for materials and signage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training under Store Manager and District Manager.
• Progress toward Store Manager role through MIT program.
