Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our store leadership team. This full-time role provides on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager to learn to manage daily operations and lead a team.

The MIT will gain experience in coaching staff, scheduling, customer service, and policy execution, with potential progression to Store Manager. Training emphasizes safety, compliance, and results across shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds with a hand-truck.
• Occasionally climb a ladder for stock or signage purposes.
• Some locations may require comfort in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations under supervision during MIT program.
• Participate in on-the-job training and transition into Store Manager role.
• Support customers and team while learning store policies and procedures.
