Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our team in a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a training program under the Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations while ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

On‑the‑job training with supervision aims to prepare the MIT for a Store Manager position, with opportunities across our retail locations and a path to advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or fast-food.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and help them advance to the next level.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
