Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in a full-time role with benefits and on-the-job training under the Store Manager. You will learn daily store operations, supervise teams and ensure a courteous environment for customers in line with company policies.

The program emphasizes coaching, development of staff, and progression into a Store Manager position after completion of training. Overnight and holiday support are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop teams for advancement.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid and infraction-free Driver's License; authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations under supervision.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Transition into Store Manager role after on-the-job training with leadership.
