Job summary

Buckle in Houston is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership skills while contributing to sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You’ll work with the Store Manager to learn recruiting, coaching Teammates and step in as acting Store Manager when needed.

Expect hands-on experience across guest service, inventory, training and visual display, with a path toward Store Manager. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and exceptional Guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist in training Teammates and lead by example in customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Contribute to store operations and leadership activities as needed.
