Buckle, opening a brand new store in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking Management Trainees to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills, and to train Teammates as part of a structured Trainee program.

The role covers sales generation, guest service, recruiting, training, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training acceptable.
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to develop management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; assist Store Manager in hiring and onboarding.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention in absence of Store Manager.
• Lead the team to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
• Support leadership in opening/closing procedures and daily administrative tasks.
