Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership, sales, and guest service initiatives at our Sherman, TX location. You will work with the Store Manager to build sales, recruit and train teammates, and develop leadership skills to eventually assume Store Manager responsibilities.

The role involves a blend of sales generation, merchandising, and daily operations, including guest relations, training, and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and training Teammates.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and support leadership actions.
• Develop leadership skills and oversee visual merchandising per Buckle guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and ensure loss prevention practices.
