Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee at Pearland Town Center in Pearland, TX. The role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations while developing leadership and recruiting skills to eventually become a Store Manager.

The position is full-time and on-site, offering exposure to customer service excellence, team coaching, and store governance across diverse duties, including merchandising and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred, or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales generation, product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Develop leadership and recruiting skills to progress toward Store Manager role.
• Assist with coaching and counseling Teammates per Buckle policies.
• Support opening/closing procedures and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain store standards and visual displays.
