Job summary

Buckle in Orlando is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop into a Store Manager. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager to build leadership skills, and help train Teammates while potentially acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities include daily guest service, product knowledge, coaching, and executing Buckle guidelines across merchandising, branding and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, coaching and training Teammates.
• Lead operations, opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and participate in interviews.
