Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership and sales skills through a structured program. Trainees perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager to grow capabilities in sales leadership, recruitment and team development, and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

The role emphasizes guest service and store operations across the district. Successful candidates will participate in a rigorous training program, with a path to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate with a customer-focused approach to deliver excellent guest service.
• Assist in training Teammates and leadership development.
• Support Store Manager by leading the team and covering store duties in their absence.
