Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Orlando to develop leadership skills while performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

You will work with the Store Manager to build sales, recruit and lead teammates, and potentially assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. Responsibilities include guest service, product knowledge, training teammates, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field preferred.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training may be considered.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Help guests with questions about store merchandise and promotions.
• Assist in training Teammates and recruiting activities as directed by store management.
• Demonstrate leadership in customer service and selling, modeling Buckle standards.
• Assist in visual merchandising and product presentation per Buckle guidelines.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and communication with District/Area Managers.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and maintaining Buckle’s mission in the store.
