Job summary

Buckle is hiring for a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop skills in sales, merchandising, and operations. The role involves training teammates, assisting with recruiting, and stepping in as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training accepted as part of qualification.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Support store leadership in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Lead in operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
• Assist Store Manager by mentoring Teammates and leading in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure high standards of visual merchandising and guest experience.
• Travel or cover other stores within the district as needed.
