Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Ohio to develop into a Store Manager through hands-on sales, merchandising and leadership experience. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, recruit and train teammates, and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes developing leadership skills, coaching teammates, and maintaining merchandising standards across shifts, with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Retail experience is welcomed (1–3 months).

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Assist with merchandising, setup and display.
• Develop sales by understanding guest needs and offering solutions.
• Lead and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Support recruiting, interviewing and training of Team Members.
• Maintain store standards, inventory and cleanliness.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with policies.
