Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee for our Santa Rosa store to support the Store Manager and develop leadership skills through sales, merchandising, and daily operations. This role provides hands-on training across customer service, product knowledge, and store processes.

You will collaborate with leadership to recruit and train teammates, run daily tasks, and may serve as Store Manager in the manager's absence, while delivering excellent guest experiences and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding the store and merchandise; recommend, locate and upsell products.
• Develop skills and help lead Teammates; participate in recruiting, coaching, and training activities.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and leadership duties; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and ensure high standards in guest experience.
