Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop skills in sales, merchandising, and operations. You will work directly with the Store Manager and may act as Store Manager in their absence, coordinating with leadership to drive guest satisfaction and sales.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and teamwork, with a path toward Store Manager. A strong customer service mindset and ability to manage tasks across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training acceptable.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and interviewing Teammates.
• Develop skills to implement visual displays per Buckle guidelines.
• Manage merchandise categories and maintain store standards.
