Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and guest service while gaining leadership experience. You will engage in sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working alongside the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills to advance to Store Manager.

In this role you may act as Store Manager in their absence. The position offers a full-time schedule with pay range of $20-$24 per hour, plus health benefits, 401(k) and other benefits as described

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each guest.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: motivate teammates to complete daily tasks and participate in interviewing.
• Operations: set goals and expectations to complete a comprehensive Management Trainee Program and support store operations.
