• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Develop leadership and recruiting skills with Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in merchandising, displays and stock management.
• Lead team to meet sales and guest service goals.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding with Store Manager.
• Ensure store procedures and loss-prevention policies are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable store.
