Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Fort Worth, TX to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. This role involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, working closely with the Store Manager to grow leadership and recruiting skills and to be prepared to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle's mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and lead sales interactions.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing new Teammates to Buckle standards.
• Support Store Manager by coordinating interviews and store operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure appropriate display of products and promotions.
• Lead by example in customer service, leadership actions and sales presentations.
