Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership, develop sales and guest service skills, and help drive merchandising and operations. The role involves training teammates, recruiting, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or retail experience, and be prepared for a comprehensive, hands-on program that progresses toward Store Manager duties in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Teammates to achieve Buckle standards in sales, service, and operations
• Assist in recruiting, coaching, and evaluating store staff
• Drive sales, guest service, and merchandising through leadership and training
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and coordinate store operations across teams
